One platform, three moves.

Consult, supply, track. The minimum a longevity stack needs to be safe and legible — without juggling four different services to make it work.

01.

Consult.

Book time with a doctor who works in longevity and recovery — peptides, hormones, sleep, stress — not generic primary care. 30 minutes, video or in-person.

02.

Get the peptides.

If your doctor prescribes peptides, we ship them through our supply chain. One bundled price, shown after your consult before you buy. No hidden markup; our cut is on the line item.

03.

Track on your wearable.

We use the openwearables.io API to log your peptide, sauna, ice bath and other recovery data into your Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, or Apple Watch journal. Wearable data stays with you. (None of these are medical devices.)

Four steps, start to finish.

Pick a slot, talk to a doctor, get what's prescribed, log your protocol. Each step is on this page so there are no surprises.

01.

Pick a slot.

Choose a longevity doctor and a time that works. Pay the ₹2,500 consult fee. If you cancel before the consult, you're not charged.

02.

Talk for 30 minutes.

Video or in-person depending on your city. Bring your goals, your bloodwork, and your wearable history if you have them.

03.

Receive what's prescribed.

If peptides are prescribed, we ship through licensed compounding pharmacies. You pay one bundled line item; our cut is shown before you buy.

04.

Track on your wearable.

Connect Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, or Apple Watch. Your dosing days log to your wearable's journal via openwearables.io. Share with your doctor at follow-up if you want to.

The longevity stack, built out.

Peptides are step one because they're the question people ask first. The platform is built so the same flow handles recovery experiences and supplements once we add them.

  1. Live now

    Peptide consults & supply

Consult a longevity doctor. If they prescribe peptides, we ship them through licensed compounding channels.

  2. Next

    Recovery bookings

Book sauna, steam, salt baths, cold plunge, and red light therapy sessions in your city. Doctor-recommended, time-slotted, paid in one place — and logged to your wearable just like the peptides.

  3. After that

    Supplements

Curated stack — magnesium, omega-3, NAD+ precursors, creatine — sourced and quality-checked, with a doctor-recommendable layer on top.

One platform: peptides are live now; recovery experiences are next; supplements are after that. Each one logs to your health tracker (Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, Apple Watch) via openwearables.io.

Use the wearable you already own.

We connect through openwearables.io — an open-source, unified health-data API — so your peptide, sauna, and recovery sessions log to whichever wearable you already wear. No new device. No data lock-in.

One API, every wearable.

openwearables.io is the unified health-data layer we read from and write to. Same shape of data, regardless of which device you wear. The integration is open-source and auditable; the codebase is on GitHub. Your wearable data stays on your device and inside your wearable's own account — we orchestrate the log, not the storage.

  • Open-source bridge. openwearables.io is published under an open licence. You can audit how the log is written.
  • Unified data model. HRV, sleep, recovery, activity, workouts — one shape across providers.
  • No new device. Bring whichever wearable you already own. Switch later without losing history.
  • Your data stays with you. Sessions log to your wearable's own journal. We don't aggregate across users.
  • Garmin HRV · sleep · workouts · body battery
  • Whoop recovery score · strain · sleep
  • Oura readiness · sleep stages · HRV
  • Amazfit activity · sleep · stress
  • Apple Watch all of the above · via Apple Health

Two charges. Both shown before you pay.

The consult is a flat fee. Peptide pricing comes from the doctor's prescription and the supply chain — you see the line item before you buy. We take a cut on each. We win when you stay on the platform, not when you pay more.

Consult, then peptides.

You only pay for the consult upfront. If peptides are prescribed, the price is shown after the consult and you decide whether to proceed.

Consult 30 minutes, video or in-person. Refundable if cancelled before.

The five answers before you ask.

Is this legal?

Yes. The doctor prescribes independently under the National Medical Commission's 2023 RMP regulations. Where a prescription leads to a peptide purchase, dispensing is handled by licensed compounding pharmacies that fulfill against a valid prescription. lifelongpep is the booking and orchestration layer; we don't operate as a pharmacy ourselves.

What if the doctor doesn't prescribe peptides?

That's fine and often the correct answer. The consult covers your goals, history, and what's appropriate for you — sometimes that's lifestyle changes, sometimes it's a different intervention, sometimes peptides aren't a fit. You're paying for the doctor's judgement, not for a guaranteed prescription.

How does the wearable integration work?

We use the openwearables.io API to log your peptide consumption — and, when we add them, your sauna, ice bath, salt bath, cold plunge, and red light therapy sessions — into your Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, or Apple Watch journal, the same way you would log a workout or a meal. The wearable data itself stays on your device and your wearable account. None of these are medical devices; this is a personal-tracking convenience, not a clinical input. Your doctor can ask you to share specific data at follow-up if they want to.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel before the consult and you're not charged. If the consult happens but you don't proceed to a peptide purchase, you're only out the consult fee. Peptide purchases have a separate return policy posted with each line item before you buy — pharmacy returns on prescription medications are limited by law.

What about the broader stack — sauna, supplements?

Peptides today. Recovery bookings (sauna, steam, salt baths, cold plunge, red light therapy) come next. Supplements after that. The same flow handles all of them — consult if it needs a doctor, book or buy if it doesn't, track on your wearable either way.

One inbox, monitored end-to-end.

A question about a consult, a doctor onboarding enquiry, press, or a partnership — the same address handles all of it.
